Our partnership with the legends at Paper Scissors Rock, which was inspired by our mutual love of motorcycles and Parallel Twin motors, combines the Surf Coast and the Mountains in a way that is reminiscent of a fantastic road trip through Victorian times. In this summer road trip, the PSR and BBB team have skillfully combined locally farmed boysenberries, biscuit malt, and lactose to create a delightfully tangy yet sweet cheesecake sour.
